If you have a few tools for sale you can use my Classifieds section free of charge. All you need to do is send me some pictures and your contact details. I'll do the rest. From past experience I can tell you that this option works best on low to mid range priced tools and it is the perfect solution for those large objects that require pickup. For bigger volumes, top range tools or entire collections you might want to participate in one of my tool auctions. You'll reach most customers this way - online and offline - some of my very best customers would never buy online or have no internet access at all. Despite rumours to the contrary, there is life outside the net! My commission is a flat 12.5% from the hammer price plus a $ 4 per lot listing fee. Pick-up costs and/or cleaning expenses will be added if applicable. I offer this service at a low cost because I like good tools, old-fashioned tool dealing and a full auction catalogue- the small commission I charge only covers the expenses associated with the production and distribution of the catalogue as well as the ever increasing merchant fees. I'm Australia's only professional full time tool auction manager with a long history of successful tool sales, absentee and live auctions from 100 to 800 lots. For most of my sales I publish and distribute detailed auction catalogues that have become collectable items in their own right. Tap into my large customer base and your tools will sell for the best possible market price. I cannot perform miracles. I will not accept reserves or answer queries with unrealistic price expectations. My tools don't sit on a web site for months on end, they all sell, and they do a lot better than on eBay, simple as that! |
